My journey with the Kaimanawa horses has unfolded over several years, travelling into the ranges with the Kaimanawa Heritage Horses Welfare Trust to capture their lives in the wild. Along the way, that connection deepened, leading me to join the committee and play a role in supporting and advocating for this iconic breed.
